Private front yard with tree, plants and bench. Quiet tree lined street. The space is an annex to a  family townhouse. The studio has its own separate entrance and is completely private.
	Brooklyn 2 & 3 The two bedroom apartments sleep 2-6 and are comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for your wonderful vacation in New York City! As affordable as a hostel, yet they are lovely private, apartments. *The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ample closet space.  (UK king) *The second bedroom has a full size bed and closet. (UK double) *The sitting room has a futon sofa, arm chairs and a TV.  *The kitchen is oak with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee maker.  *The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs.  *The bathroom has tile throughout plus a full sized tub and shower. *Ipod dock *Free high speed wireless internet

$200-$300 security deposit required, depending on apartment.

4 night minimum stay

Move in  time: 3 pm
Move out time: 11 AM

(There is flexibility on these times and we will have your apartment available as early as possible)
